サクラ散り始める (Cherry Blossoms Begin to Fall)

　ソメイヨシノも葉を出し、花びらを散らし始めた。それを惜しんで、昨日ときょう、ウォーキング中にサクラの写真を多く撮った。ここに掲載するのはそのほんの一部である。遠目には、まだ散り始めたとは分からないほどである。

Somei-yoshino trees have begun to sprout their leaves and the petals of their blossoms started to scatter in the air. Lamenting such a short period of blooming, I took many pictures of cherry blossoms in the course of walking practice yesterday and today. Only a few of those pictures are shown here. In the distant views, it is not yet clear that the blossoms have started to fall.
