サクラ開花 (Cherry Blossoms Begin to Bloom)

　わが家の近く、堺市西区草部にある日部神社のソメイヨシノの古木は、付近の公園のサクラよりも毎年一、二日早めに開花する。きょう、その開花を見た。

In front of Kusabe Shrine near here (Nishi-ku, Sakai), there is an old tree of Yoshino cherry, which begins to bloom one or two days earlier than Yoshino cherries in parks around the shrine every year. Today, I saw the first cherry blossoms of this year on that old tree.
