旅の 8 日目（10 月 25 日）午前、オーストリアのリンツ市内観光（続き）。以下はリンツ州庁舎へ向かう途中の写真。
The morning of the eighth day (October 25) of the trip: sightseeing of Linz city in Austria. The following photos were taken on our way to Linz State Hall (German: Linzer Landhous).

モーツアルト像について現地ガイドさんから聞いた説明は忘れたが、インターネット検索で次のことを知った。モーツアルトは 1783 年の 10 月から 11 月にかけてリンツに滞在し、交響曲第 36 番ハ長調 KV.425 を4日間という速さで作曲した。それで、この交響曲は『リンツ』という愛称で呼ばれている（『ウィキペディア』の「交響曲第 36 番 (モーツァルト)」の項参照）。
I forgot the local tour guide's explanation of the image of Mozart but learned the following by search on the Internet: Mozart stayed in Linz from October to November 1783 and composed The Symphony No. 36 in C major, K. 425 as quick as within four days. So, this symphony is known as Linz Symphony [see "Symphony No. 36 (Mozart)" in Wikipedia Japanese version].
