けさ、昨夜の満月がまだ西の空に残っていた（1 枚目の写真、午前 6 時 24 分に撮影）。このときはまだ暗くて気づかなかったが、明るくなってから外を見ると、当地でも夜半にわずかながら積雪のあった形跡が見られた。2 枚目の写真はわが家の庭のタマリュウに、3 枚目は隣家の屋根に積もった雪。
The full moon of the last night was remaining in the western sky this morning (see the top photo, which was taken at 6:24 am). Looking out again after getting bright, I found some evidence of a slight snowfall last night. The middle photo shows snow on Mondo grasses in our garden; and the bottom, snow on the roof of a neighboring house.
