ヒガンバナ（彼岸花、ヒガンバナ科）。リコリス、曼珠沙華（マンジュシャゲ、またはマンジュシャカ；サンスクリット語 manjusaka の音写）とも呼ばれる。1枚目の写真は、2011年9月29日、堺市・笠池公園で、ツツジの葉の間から一本だけ咲き出ているのを撮影。2枚目は、同じ日、ウォーキング途中の道端で。

The top photo shows the single flower of spider lily coming out among the leaves of an azalea tree in Kasaike Park, Sakai; taken September 29, 2011. The bottom photo was taken on the same day at the roadside of one of my walking routes.
