フェルメール、荻須両展を見る ２ (Visit to Vermeer and Oguiss Exhibitions -2-)

　荻須高徳展には「あこがれのパリ、煌めきのベネチア」という副題がついていて、荻須が生涯のテーマにしたともいえるこれらの二つの古都を描いた代表作を中心に、初公開の人物画や花の絵など、約80点が展示されている。風景の水彩画を描くことを趣味にしている私には、勉強になる作品が多くあった。

"Takanori Oguiss Exhibition" has the subtitle "Attractive Paris, Glittering Venice." A total of 80 works including his representative paintings of these old cities, which can be said to be Oguiss's life-long theme, as well as paintings, made public for the first time, of people and flowers is displayed. I have a hobby to paint watercolors of landscapes, so that I got a lot of stimuli from this exhibition.
