ハナニラ (Spring Star)

　ハナニラ（花韮、ユリ科）。イフェイオン、またはベツレヘムの星とも呼ばれる。2011年3月22日、わが家の庭で撮影。庭には撮影に忙しいほど、春の花が次つぎに咲き始めた。他方、東日本大震災の被災地では、まだ寒い日が続いているようだ。避難生活の皆さんの健康を祈る。

Spring star; botanical name, Ipheion uniflorum; family, Liliaceae. The photo was taken on March 22, 2011, in our yard. Different flowers have begun to open one by one, and I am busy in taking pictures of them. On the other hand, in the earthquake affected areas of eastern Japan, it still continues to be cold. I pray for the health of those who remain in refuges.
