世界最大の花公園・ キューケンホフへ向う。
Port of Rotterdam in the early morning of April 18, as seen from the cabin. The building at the middle has a unique shape. From the previous evening, our ship had been alongside the quay there. At 8:30, we started from the harbor by bus to go to Keukenhof,
the world's largest flower garden situated near Lisse.

Going from the entrance of Keukenhof to the right-side end, we arrive at this windmill (a map of Keukenhof, yearly updated, is linked here. Click the words "with plan").

Landscape from the deck of the windmill. Two people that stand out in a yellow jacket in the middle of the photo are conductors of our tour. At the bottom right,
a large wooden shoe can be seen.
そこを見回っている人の姿も見えた。
From the deck, we saw flower fields, which lay outside the garden and looked like
colorful carpets, as well as a person caring for them.
Japanese garden located in the vicinity of the windmill.
オランダでの植物の撮影が、意外にも日本の植物で始まる。
Cheery trees (the cultivar named 'Shirotae') were in bloom near the Japanese garden. Unexpectedly, my taking pictures of plants in the Netherlands
began with Japanese ones.

Both your drawing and your photos are beuatiful. I usually feel calm and happy when I take the time to make a drawing, so I often think I ought to do it more often. I'm glad to see that you enjoy drawing as well!
